Quality, Factory and Project Evidence

Quality evidence is useful only when it matches the product, order and project being reviewed. This page explains what buyers can ask us to confirm before ordering.

Product and QC evidence

  • Front, back, edge and attachment-point photos of the relevant product version.
  • Panel dimensions, packing details and SKU or carton labels.
  • Pre-shipment production, packing or inspection photos where applicable to an active order.
  • Sample-to-quotation checks so the product being discussed can be identified clearly.

Match the sample to the quotation

Start with the panel range and request a sample recommendation for the intended application. Ask for the sample’s SKU and product version, then keep these identifiers with its photos and quotation. Compare the foliage arrangement, backing, dimensions and attachment points rather than relying on a general product name.

Before order approval, ask whether the quotation refers to that same SKU and version, including any requested UV or fire-performance specification. If a substitution or specification change is proposed, request updated identification and relevant evidence before accepting it. A sample helps assess appearance and construction; it is not proof of every shipment or site condition.

UV and fire-performance documents

For selected SKUs, product-specific UV or fire-performance documents may be available. Before relying on a document, check the exact product or SKU, test method, tested specimen, report date, laboratory and any stated limitations.

A classification or report from one product should not automatically be applied to another product, country or project. The responsible project professional should confirm the local requirement and whether the available evidence is suitable.

Only two fire-retardant SKUs have EN 13501-1 reports. Ask which reported SKU matches the proposed order through our fire-retardant product enquiry. For exposed applications, review the outdoor UV-resistant range and request relevant documents where available. Neither product selection nor a report guarantees automatic local approval.

Request available shipment records

For an active order, request available production, packing or inspection photos tied to its order reference and SKU. Ask for carton labels, a packing list and any applicable product-specific documents where available. Confirm which records can be shared before relying on them for your purchasing process. This is a request checklist, not a promise that every record or a fixed inspection procedure is provided.

Factory and project evidence

Current factory, QC, packing and installed-project photos can be shared where they are relevant and where customer permission allows. Customer-identifying information may be redacted. A photo from one project demonstrates that specific installation only; it does not establish universal performance for every product or environment.

Use the Qatar hotel facade project as a real-project comparison entry point. Its evidence relates only to that project, not every panel or proposed installation. Request permission before reusing project images in presentations or public materials; image access does not imply publication rights.

Suggested installation acceptance checks

On arrival, compare labels, quantities, visible condition and dimensions with approved order information. Before fixing panels, have the installer review the substrate, attachment method and site requirements using the installation guidance. At handover, check alignment, edges, connections and visible damage, and record discrepancies with photos. These are buyer-side suggestions, not a substitute for project-specific professional inspection.

Frequently asked questions

Can a sample identify my quoted product?

Ask for its SKU and version, then verify both against the quotation before approval.

Do all panels have fire reports?

No. EN 13501-1 reports apply only to two fire-retardant SKUs, not the entire range.

Does a report guarantee local acceptance?

No. Your responsible project professional should assess the matching report against local requirements.

Can I request pre-shipment photos?

Yes. Request relevant order and packing photos where available, and confirm their order reference.

Can I publish project photos?

Request permission first. Shared images may contain redactions and do not establish reuse rights.

What is the production lead time?

Production lead time is 10–15 working days after order and specification approval. Transport time is additional.
