Transit times. Production takes 10–15 working days after order and specification approval. Ocean transit is typically 35–45 days port to port. That figure is an estimate, not a guaranteed date: sailing schedules, customs inspection and port congestion sit outside our control and can extend it. We confirm the booking when the container is loaded and send the tracking reference; any change in transit is reported the same day.

How Volume Tiers Work

Quality Control Before Shipment
Wholesale orders are approved against a sample, and production is held to that sample — not to a catalogue photograph. The steps that matter to a buyer:
- Golden sample signed off before the run starts, kept on file for the life of the programme.
- In-line check on foliage density, colour batch, and backing rigidity.
- Pre-shipment inspection with photographs sent before the container is sealed.
- Batch traceability, so a repeat order in six months matches the first.
Packaging and Labelling
Standard export cartons are sized for container efficiency. On request we supply retail-ready cartons with barcodes, your own artwork, and inner labels — the difference between a product you re-pack and a product you put straight on a shelf.
