Outdoor and sun: the UV protection is inside the material
The UV stabiliser is compounded with the virgin PE granules before extrusion. It is not a coating applied on top, so it cannot be washed or abraded away. Fire requirements in Spain (CTE)
In occupiable areas, CTE DB-SI requires wall finishes covering more than 5% of the wall surface to reach at least C-s2,d0. Our FR-001 và FR-002 panels (100 × 100 cm) are classified B–s2,d0 theo EN 13501-1:2018, so they meet that level; they do not reach B–s1,d0, the class required in protected corridors and stairways. FR-001 và FR-002 also carry the same UV stabiliser as our standard panels, so a fire-rated panel can be used on an outdoor facade where the fire strategy requires a tested product.
