Quality evidence is useful only when it matches the product, order and project being reviewed. This page explains what buyers can ask us to confirm before ordering.
Product and QC evidence
- Front, back, edge and attachment-point photos of the relevant product version.
- Plattenabmessungen, packing details and SKU or carton labels.
- Pre-shipment production, packing or inspection photos where applicable to an active order.
- Sample-to-quotation checks so the product being discussed can be identified clearly.
UV and fire-performance documents
For selected SKUs, product-specific UV or fire-performance documents may be available. Before relying on a document, check the exact product or SKU, test method, tested specimen, report date, laboratory and any stated limitations.
A classification or report from one product should not automatically be applied to another product, country or project. The responsible project professional should confirm the local requirement and whether the available evidence is suitable.
Factory and project evidence
Current factory, QC, packing and installed-project photos can be shared where they are relevant and where customer permission allows. Customer-identifying information may be redacted. A photo from one project demonstrates that specific installation only; it does not establish universal performance for every product or environment.
