Quality Control Before Shipment

Wholesale orders are approved against a sample, and production is held to that sample — not to a catalogue photograph. The steps that matter to a buyer:

1. Golden sample signed off before the run starts, kept on file for the life of the programme.
2. In-line check on foliage density, colour batch, and backing rigidity.
3. Pre-shipment inspection with photographs sent before the container is sealed.

Packaging and Labelling
